Well, it's nice that they worked so hard to rebuild New Orleans, as it's a tremendous idea to build a city below sea level.
At least this time people should take the evacuation seriously.
Hint to the world: Stop rebuilding a city that should be underwater, unless you're planning on making some sort of air-dome thing that people can exist in. A whopping 3 years after last time the whole thing will get wiped out again.
