Badugi Simulator

The EV calculator/simulator for badugi is finally finished. Well, finished in that it works. It's still possible to screw it up with weird input, but that's not fundamental to the logic. I'll still be throwing in some error checking code to normalize the input better.

It'll be made available (for a fee) if I clear it with the original party who wanted this thing written. You can contact me here if you're interested. If you don't know what badugi is, or realize that it's mainly played for fairly high stakes, you won't want it or will think I'm charging an obscene amount.

Next on the agenda for that project is 2-7.
