So on a recent excursion to New York, I got a free 8 week membership to Bally's. We worked out a few times, and I ran a lot. On one of the days I did some leg extensions in addition to the time I spent on the treadmill.
For the past 10 years I've had knees that pop whenever I bend down, and they'd hurt periodically. All of a sudden they don't. Working the surrounding muscles was a boon, and I never really thought that it would make that much of a difference.
In other news, I was stretching my right shoulder yesterday. That's also been giving me problems for a long time. This time it popped, and I was a little worried. But it didn't hurt anymore. I think I've had a dislocated shoulder for 10 years!
